We are predominantly a ‘Bump to Baby’ studio, offering packages that include Maternity and Newborn Sessions, as well as milestone sessions such as Sitter and Toddle shoots. We strongly feel that physical products and guides really help promote a ‘luxury’ brand so we send out ‘Welcome Packs’ to all of our Bump to Baby clients. Clients are much more likely to read something you physically send them, compared to an email link that they’ll ‘save for later’.

We offer 4 different packages with our ‘Bump to Baby’ sessions. They could include a Newborn Session, a Bump Session and Milestone Sessions like Sitter and Toddle shoots. So rather than have 4 completely different Welcome Packs, we have one that we can customise for each client.
It all starts with the Welcome Pack folder. This is an A5 folder with a plastic sleeve on the inside, allowing us to add relevant inserts into the folder.
If the client has just booked a Newborn session, we will pop in a ‘Newborn’ and a ‘Studio Directions’ insert. If they book a full Bump to Baby package, we will pop in ‘Bump’, ‘Newborn’, ‘Milestone’ and ‘Studio Directions’ inserts.

Our ‘Welcome Pack’ template has customisable files for both the folder and a variety of layouts for the internal inserts. We make the customisation as simple as we can, but if you would rather sit back and let us do all the work, we also offer a ‘Full Design Service’ option too, as well as our ‘Print Prep & Supply’ service – so your ready to ship Welcome Packs will arrive at your door, ready for you to use.
